Thanks! I kinda wish I went for the extra 100$ for the i7 though, I can cap out or nearly cap out with daily tasks like bf4 and youtube and a few other things going like a hack and some music but i cap out around 80% ... the only time i was pegged to 100% was in benchmarks or hacking with the cpu. I couldnt imagine the 8 core with HT though... omg, that would be so sweet!!! and the gpu... a 980 or 1080 would be a dream!

You can easily SE the cpu if you're into social engineering. Simply purchase an i7 and tell amazon that an i5 is in the box. Make sure to buy the CPU from amazon warehouse though. This is going to work because Amazon suffered a large-scale Ryzen Scam in which buyers would ship in a fake one and get a replacement.

I do admire the SE aspects and have a basic understanding of how it works, more so in person to person using psychology. but for me, im not really sure i would go about something like that to get material items.

I would rather risk my freedom for more of an important cause. one that helped the majority of good folk out there. as much as I hate the fact people have to work just to feed themselves, and amazon being not the greatest to their employees abroad, the potential risk isnt justified. Id jet buy the i7 and turn the i5 into a workhorse or labrat. or id give it to someone here who needed an upgrade and literally was strapped for cash. provided ... of course there was a friendship to begin with. money and material mean little to me. there are other things i value more, and wouldnt ever put a price tag on, like trust and friendship.
