As far as I know, u can only apply bruteforcing for decrypting simple passwords, there's no 1-click way & it takes much time for complex passwords

It's admitted by the Rarlabs team in their website that even they can't recover a rar password easily.

Rarlab knowledgebase - I have forgotten my password, how can I recover it?
