Rant - HF are selfish, enough said. (SOME)

Okay so I've became active on HF again and slowly I started to realise the Graphics side of the community is really friendly, I've gained about 3 rep in the past two days from it and I was kind of happy about it, until this happened. So a member (I will also add is an Uber) requested to have a banner for his upcoming sports report, so a nice guy I was that day I was doing many requests and thought I'd do this one to. So I made it and sent it over to him, he never replies back on his thread. I check back now and what do I see? A thread using my header with no thanks what so ever. I am thinking about deleting it off Imgur so it just becomes and error and has to choose another logo. All it takes is to just say thanks to a user who makes graphics for you, I find it plain rude just to request something and not say thank you at all for their work, especially if they don't know anything about making good logos. Rant over.

Main message is, thank graphic artists if they do work for you and don't be so rude and just take it, they put effort into their work and it only takes 5 seconds to type a thank you message and click send.

Staff are allowed to close if they feel this will cause arguments or if this starts one, remember this is my opinion and similar stuff has happened to me before, I put (SOME) in the title cause I know of people who are really nice and shouldn't be called selfish.

I understand where youre coming from completely. If that happened to me I would ask them to give you credit for the graphics and if not neg rep him. Thats about all you can do on HF honestly. One of the reasons I rarely make gfx for anyone on HF.

Main reason I'm doing requests people put up is so I can improve my skills and just to see what I can make. I do enjoy doing it and I love people picking my things. I wish I could neg rep but I am unable to upgrade myself, still trying to win myself one from a contest lol. I just PM'd him. If he neg reps me I'll be just deleting the image haha.

HF isn't what it used to be. Believe me, I have never upgraded on HF. I was never fond of being active. Most of my mates are on HF. But I don't like HF.

There are a lot of dickheads on HF. One of the main reasons I prefer smaller communities like this is due to the fact that there are generally less of them.
