She said that after right-wing websites highlighted the pricing, people called and harassed the owner of the venue, and sent messages to her co-director’s family.

“For safety, not anything else but that, the new ticket structure will be a standard set price across the board of $20,” Ms. Ayers said Sunday afternoon. “However, there will be a suggested donation for non-people of color.”

Just read the eventbrite page and it seems like they're upset about how prices for festivals are so high that POC cannot afford to attend. It baffles me that these people are saying that "if you are black you cannot experience Joy and Pleasure. If you are white, you can afford to go to a festival and experience Joy and Pleasure"

Yeah they literally said Joy and Pleasure is affordable and comes naturally to white people.

My god, fuck the reverse racism, liberal snowflake, "I'm not a white male so I must be special" bull shit. I honestly hate stuff like this so much. They got some attention, and I'm sure that's all that matters to them.
