I see you have a "no police reports" policy In place.

When a given company requests a police report to move forward with their Investigation (and won't budge until It's received), how do you circumvent It?

The methods I use normally don't lead to asking for police reports. But if they ever do ask then I tell my customers that the refund is failed. I do not risk getting my customers in any legal issues. Smile

It's nice to read that your service Is In the best Interest of your customers.

As you're aware, a police report Is predominantly requested to move forward with the claim. Unless the SE Involves a very high value Item and suspicious activity Is detected, seldom does It lead to litigation. That aside, all the very best with your sales.
