For proof that I'm a business, an ID, tracking numbers I don't have as I threw them away, and a lot more. Shit I don't have.

This happened to me once too , a freind sold a item on ebay for like 1000$. But they did not have a bank account so could not recive the money.

I got them to send it to me and said I would send to my bank. After he sent it paypal immediatly froze my account asking for about 30 forms of i.d.

Luckily the issue refund button was still there for me and I was able to refund him the cash or I would of been 1k out of pocket for trying to help someone...

Since then I have stuck to bitcoin only. Paypal sucks , infact there is even a site for it:

How haven't you converted your funding to somewhere else? I mean most people wouldn't trust Paypal will 3k cause it's just waiting to get limited (knowing them)

I was in the process of converting it all to btc when it got frozen. Went to send someone some money to convert to btc and it wouldn't let me.

What did they ask you for? I was once limited with $440ish but managed to get out of it through finding the right paperwork and sending it.

That is seriously unfortunate. I always find it to be a good idea to divide stuff out for things like this. Always convert to other mediums (whether it be gift cards, or whatever) that way it leaves less time for paypal to act stupid.
