Release of CSV Editor

Description:
So I created this tool to easily remove columns from a CSV file. I know there are CSV editors out there, but I created this one especially for SQLmap dumps and things like that. It removes the columns from a CSV file. I wasn't planning on releasing this, but I figured might as well make it look better, add some things and release it. I might add threading and things like that (if there's interest, my tools don't seem to interest a lot of people).
