Those pre-paid re-loadable debit card things.
Does anyone or has anyone ever used them?
I have some questions and I can't seem to find what I'm looking for on Google.

Well, are there charges for putting money on them?
And do they have like rules for what they can be used for?

Well I think there is interest.
And they can be used for anything unless the shop doesn't allow it.

They charge you to load the cards and to withdraw from on atm.
That's why I use a paypal mastercard.

Theres a 3 dollar fee for putting money on them, usually. So execpt -3 dollars off the price you want on the card.
