Hi, everyone! I don't understand why I can't answer and post links, it's said that it's spam but I see other users can do it. How can I share link?

I think there may be a post requirement. You seem fairly new with low posts, so just increase those first.

How many posts do I need? I didn't find any information about requirements =(
If I omit "https", the link won't work correctly. Am I mistaken?
