You can start by VB.Net 10 or VB.Net 6 Or C++ Or delphi. depends on what you like

Everything starts at the basics. Every Programming language's basics start at "Hello World". So there you have it.
I don't know why you are learning basics from all other languages, probably for some School/College. Just make up your mind, and learn 1-2 well.

Once you've download the programming language from their official website http://www.python.org/ you will find a document teaching how to program in python. You should start there.
