I love the theme and everyone on the HF thread agrees. There's a good amount of both black and purple IMO.

I think it makes the site look sexy, it would be cool if there was some Green & Light blue though!

When I asked Chris regarding why the Forum had purple theme, his reply was that, purple was symbolic for Graphics, Gaming & creativity. And the way he modified this theme, it was perfect. Might need some template edits and fixed width. Other than that, I like it.
