Problem when i use netcat [Need Help] 07-03-2015, 04:10 AM

When i do this -->
nc 173.252.120.6 80
GET /HTTP/1.0
I see 404 not found error.
I also tried on all other ip but same result
Also if i do with my localhost i see Connection refused error. How i solve these problems. Please help me.
