Synopsis from MAL:
Arima Teppei lost his parents in a traffic accident. His grandfather Isshin adopted him by force and ordered him to succeed the head of Arima Group Corporation. At Shuuhou Gakuen, a high school only for wealthy students, Teppei's new life as a celebrity starts.
Story:
The plot starts began good, introducing the death of the male protagonist's parents and setting up things for a much larger political conspiracy. However, after this has been set in motion in the first episode, the plot starts to dwindle; it doesn't return until halfway the series and when it does it messes up enough to kill the whole series. Did they change the writers or something between the start and the middle? Or were they enlightened by some divine power when they started but returned to their former selves when the effect wore off? Who knows.
Sound & Art:
The sound, simply put, was not interesting at all. There is just no need to waste words on it except for one mention, so I won't. And that one mention is naturally...Norio Wakamoto. He alone is the only real reason to watch this series.
The art did a good job at being appealing whilst fitting the scenes at the same time. Of course the animation quality can take a budget hit at times, but the overall thing was quite nice for a studios that just published its first series.
Character Development:
The characters appear in the standard harem formula; one male lead surrounded by several girls with breast sizes ranging from realistic to..well lets say, not so realistic. The male lead isn't your usual loser but actually a fairly cool guy that rides a bike and doesn't hesitate to save a girl. The female main lead starts out as an interesting type; despite having equipments you say 'Dat Bust!' against she likes to tease and is playful. As the series progresses though we see a more childish girl that doesn't mind snatching the male lead away in front of his fiancé and is a total airhead. Leaves us with three other girls: the fencing blondie which deserved to be the main character, the cute and caring maid and the annoying snobbish aristocrat you'd love to bitch slap if you could.
Other recommendations like this:
Asu No Yoichi!
Overall the anime was good, and one of my favorites.
