We're going to welcome free-to-play models; games from 99 cents up to those $60 games.” So, there you have it. The price will not change! He added, “But if you really see where the heat is for the true gamer on the console it's still that big-form experience that typically runs upwards of $50 million to develop and will justify that $60 price point and will give people hours and hours of gameplay on a daily basis for months and years to come."

From this we can be sure, that $60 for COD Whatever is going to be the highest it gets for the standard game!

For you guys in the UK that's pretty much like £35-50 as we normally pay depending on where you buy your games from. I'm not too sure about other places but the original quote is regarding the USA.

No they were not, back in the day a PS2 game was like £30 max in the UK; now some of these PS3 games are like £45 on the opening week. That's a $20+ difference for those in the US.

When I bought PS2 games they were $60 and when I bought PS3 games, they were $60. You're talking EUR I am talk USA money.

At least they are not changing the price. I don't plan on getting one unless they change it up a ton from the ps3.
