This is really a hard question...
I keep mixing it up, I listen one genre than I get sick of it and start listening to something other. I've done this for as long as I can remember, but I've started noticing a pattern it will take me more research to confirm it, but I've noticed that a couple of days before the summer I get bored of metal and go for rap, if I recall correctly I've switched from trash metal to rap three years in a row.
So the answer to your question is: RAP (for now at least)

Anything but Country basically, and even then there's exceptions.

I listen to all kinds of music but if I had to pick one it would be blues rock like george thorogood.

I had to pick classical - I've been buying albums of orchestras and concert bands playing arrangements old and new forever, I've played for the school band for nine years with a Contrabass Clarinet, I've played in a concert band in the city for three years with the Oboe and its variants, and I just love the music.
Electronic is a close second as I love the hardware used to make the music - I collect both analog and digital synthesizers, samplers, drum machines, etc. and love to play them - but I haven't listened for it nearly as long as classical. If you asked me like two years ago I probably would've said Metal as there was a span of a few months where I really loved metal, but it's just wore off... it's not nearly as exciting as it used to be to me anyways, and instead is just the same stuff over and over in my head so I can't really say I'm as much of a fan of it as I used to be.
The only genre I don't actively listen to on here (that you've listed) is Anime - is anime music a thing now? I've never bought an anime-related album for my collection, never seen an album of music from anime between work/browsing around/cons/etc. and have never sold an album of anime music to a customer at my workplace in my time anyways. I can't say it sounds too appealing to me, translating lyrics and all, but eh I guess everything has its crowd.
