The longevity of files, Inclusive of not being deleted due to file Inactivity (no downloads for a certain period of time) Is first and foremost. Naturally, I'm referring to "free" and not premium/paid accounts.

I use accounts that provide just that. Mine Include 2shared, 4shared, Solidfiles, Hostr, Mega and Mediafire. I use all these In my site as per my signature (freeware.tools which has been running for over a year) without any Issues whatsoever.
