If they have android you could get aFirewall to block unkown/private numbers. I just generally don't pick up private numbers only if I know someons going to call me (Like a company or something)

All that is happening is some guy or guys are calling them with spoofers. They can change their number to look like any number, really. My 7 year old brother even does this to his friends, it's nothing complex. But I wanted to know what communities they're involved with because they may have been dox'd and are under some sort of attack by some people who are looking for "lulz".
