On the forums I have seen it, it's at the bottom and out of the way. The threads are always somewhat related in nature (probably by keywords/section/title). I know it'd be neat to see similar threads for a few of the ones I've made.

That would ultimately be in your interest. I'm not misunderstanding. You're misusing the suggestion forum.

Furthermore, vocaloid isn't a popular subject even among those who watch anime. It's a very very very (special) group of people who listen to it.
