Getting pretty bad out there.. Police are the largest criminal organization in probably every country on the globe, besides government as a whole.

You're not going to "hack and take control". Lulzsec tried that. Didn't work.

Forgive me, but what a load of bollocks.

For a starter, in my country the police only exist by "consent" of the public. It's literally called Policing by consent. I'm aware that's not the case in all countries, but it's something to be mindful of when making toxic statements like that. Have you ever actually sat down and spoken to your local police? You'll find out they are people, just like anyone else. With that, there will be some bad eggs in there, like there are in any level of society. We need to ensure our government has the correct processes in place to catch those people and hold them accountable. Some countries have a lot more accountability for the police than others, and everyone does it differently. However, I think this is the key to trust in the Police.

The police in any country (unless it's a military group in leadership, in which case that's not exactly "police"), do not make the laws, or rule. They are there to enforce whatever rules your government lays out. If there's a problem with the police, then you need to be reaching out to your government.
