The "news" site that reported on this, National Report, is known for satirical articles. They didn't catch the guy who did this specific SWAT, apparently. The National Report article also incorrectly states that the kid is the first person to ever be arrested from SWATting someone, when in reality a 16-year-old kid in Ottawa, Canada was connected to over 30 incidents at schools and other people's homes.
