I made a script that keeps hitting the retry connection button, hopefully that works.
EDIT: got in game but nothing in game works

It sure is summer. I imagine the volume of attacks like these will decrease, once school is back in session for kiddos.

I've always said something similar being "Would you hand out pamphlets containing your name, address, phone number, etc to everyone In the shopping mall?". Evidently the answer was no. "Then why do It online?" I asked.

You do have a valid point. With their servers, I suppose they didn't anticipate the magnitude of It's popularity, hence cannot accommodate It's users.

A DDoS Is a mediocre form of attack- as It only serves a temporary Inconvenience.

A DDoS attack can cause companies like these an immense amount. I'm talking -$400,000/h+. Or are you referring to the skill-levels required to do so?

Correct, the latter being one's skill-level.

In terms of downtime, depending on the nature of the company, yes, It can cause significant financial loss.
