Hi Friends.
Please help or tell me something
i am physically too weak.
i am 15 years old and 5'8 ft tall
but i am skinny and cant fight with the other guys from my age.
i eat alot but still weak
please help mee Sad

you need old uncle royyyyy talk to your local drug dealer for more info xD , tell your parents talk to a adult would be my advice

do a research on some fighting styles, some of them uses techniques to take down bigger ppl than you, i think aikido is one of them if i remember well.

I've done fighting sports for about 7 years now. I did various martial arts and pretty much you can learn alot from them but one more then another. For example i did 4 years of muay thai and was almost ready for championships and such.

It was very hard and you get mentally destroyed.
I was 13 when i began and my weight was about 50 KG. I fighted with guys that were 16 and learned from them alot.
What i recommend is visiting some gyms and see what they do if you really want to get into fighting.

And about the bullying i shall say that fighting is not the solution for such things. Talk with some teachers about it and let your parents know.

i am learning muay thai too!!

1) the most important thing before you start all this you need to build your fitness first,
take your time on this,
2) start to build your muscle (need much of protein and vitamins), this will take around 2 years for beginner...
3) learn martial art - your can do this while you build your muscle..
4) maintain...

in your case i think for the best way is talk to your parent and make a police report... Wink
