You've been banned many times already, at this stage it seems like we would be inviting more trouble to end up banning you again. I know people like you generally, and I'm not saying I dislike you, but you have a habit of causing trouble sometimes. From Oni's perspective, I imagine it would seem like a waiting game before you decide to do it again. Recently you've shown better behaviour, which is good, but at this moment in time we'd like to make sure things stay that way before inviting you back in.

As jiggly said, you have been constantly banned from it, and are known to start fights with our users and staff. Adding you back would just repeat the cycle.

I believe he has been changed , Just return him this time....
He can make a new account anytime but he didn't so why not allow him again?!

The reason is because we have done this before. We believed he was ready to change last time, and the time before. We are not saying he can never be let back in. We just want to be sure. The only way we will be, is to observe for now.

I have never caused trouble misses!!! I am a law abiding citizen!! I am being poorly misrepresented!! Please be fair to me.
