Did this recently. Took a picture of my friend's eyes and edited it. Calling it Frozen Look. Gave it a wintery feel and a subtle color correction.

It looks good. Just maybe tweak where the main focus is, as when I first see the image my main focus is on his right eyebrow.

Yea, that's true but the focus was chosen by the camera

Didn't blur out the right eye. But I'll keep that in mind.

It's well done, not gonna challenge that...
But I'd say the same as my friend Lux above, the color balance is off.
you can see the dark on the left side, then lighter, the dark eyebrow, and then light.
The thing about that is that your eye will look into what stands out (the dark in the middle of lights)
therefore your automatic focus will be off to where you don't want it to be.
