How to make images look like miniatures!
EXAMPLES:
Lets get started!
STEP ONE:
Find an image that would work well, one's that are usually a higher angle work better because that's how miniatures look. Use the two I chose as a reference.
STEP TWO:
Select "Quick Mask Mode" (The square with the circle in it!)

STEP THREE:
Select the "Reflected" gradient from the menu and make the image look like so:

Then exit quick mask mode by clicking the circle in the square again.
*Note the colors for the gradient should be black and white.
STEP FOUR:
Go to Filter>Blur>Lens Blur.

STEP FIVE:
Make your Lens Blur settings like these, but feel free to play around with them if you want:

STEP SIX:
Bask in the glory of your wonderful creation and pat yourself on the back for a job well done.
BONUS STEPS!!!
Play with the colors and curves in the Image>Adjustment menu.
