Disclaimer: I haven't created this and I also have permission to share it, so please do not contact me regarding any bugs/lines not working in it.
Some boards have requirements for upgrades. For Sirius, you need to be Bronze to become Silver, and you need to be Silver to become Sapphire. There's a very simply Page Manager page for upgrades. You need to change the information of groups and Paypal buttons that are in the code.
If you don't want to use the page manager and use the upgrades page, then you'll have to do some changes if you know how to.
