There was a very particular style of DDOS attack just now, it was mitigated.

PC Massively Underperforming 09-26-2022, 10:06 PM
#1
I recently completed my $2500 build and wanted to benchmark it. I used User benchmark and placed 13th percentile overall. I have never seen results this bad. Prior to this benchmark, I changed one thing. I overclocked my GPU through Afterburner. The reason I Overclocked in the first place was that my GPU was underperforming in the 30th percentile. I followed a guide online and overclocked making sure everything was good through Kombuster. Core clock is now at 75 mhz and memory clock is at 15. To rule out the overclocking I reset it to default settings and placed even lower this time. I'm not sure what to do.
Specs:
https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Itach1uch1...iew=9dxv4D
UserBenchmark results:
https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/55511182
Nothing taking up space in task manager.
Any recommendations?

You've got to laugh at this comment:

Your PC has some serious Issues.
Quote:I overclocked my GPU
How did It perform prior to overclocking, as well as the moment your build was completed?

I may have overclocked incorrectly the first time. I'm getting a higher score on UB but it says GPU and SSD are still underperforming. The score was much better prior to my first overclocking attempt. GPU and SSD weren't having issues before either.

How was your PC performing right after the build with only the bare essentials Installed?

The build has been running for a couple of months now. What I meant by recently finished was I upgraded the last component needing an upgrade, the SSD. it was doing quite well before, even on a shitty SSD. I can't imagine how an SSD would fuck up the performance of other hardware though. I'm gonna mess with the core and memory clock speeds, and test some demanding games.

What temperature is your CPU operating at during the benchmark?

peaked at 80. average was around 70. I tried monitoring temps while running other benchmarks but they wouldn't allow me to have another window open during the benchmark. Using NZXT Cam to monitor temps.

Do you still have that SSD or perhaps another one?
If so, Install It and see how It performs.
