I am going to go on a rant and I may jump around a little, I apologize in advance.

Alright well the video talks about us as humans developing technology to actually create virtual reality
and to even be able to download our consciousness into a robot as soon as 2045.
I find it really interesting, just knowing that we are so close to the possibility of virtual reality and transhumanism.
So many questions pop into my head when it comes to emotion,
what makes us human or not human, will this lead to something good?
Or maybe it will lead to our destruction.

I personally would jump at the opportunity to live in a virtual reality, but you also think.
If it became really popular and the masses spend 23 hours a day on it will the government
then try to control it aswell and implement rules in virtual reality?
This is where the move The Matrix makes my mind really think. What would happen.

Now for transhumansm I would also be down for making my body stronger, faster and better in every other way.
You also start getting into your brain and moving your consciousness into another vessel.
Will we keep all our emotions or take out the bad? would we still be considered humans?
I see many good things that would come from it but also many bad things if implemented in the wrong way.

Its just so much to think about...

This is an interesting topic. I think that Virtual Reality would not be a good idea. People would spend their life in/on it. And the fact that we advanced in technology so fast can get us to a complete disaster in the whole world. Just think what would happen if all countries that have Nukes would fire them on other countries? I dont even wanna start posting about that.

But there is a theory of how we are already in virtual reality.
We are nothing but a realy sophisticated program that is controlled and regulated.

They said in a matter of 5-10 years the average life span will go up 1 year every single year.

But the meat and potatoes come with eugenics and combining man and technology.

Well one of the documentaries I linked too discussed this and
they are saying 2 main groups will be formed.

The ones who embrace it and the religious or conservative.
It is said that this will lead to war and one side is going to be destroyed.
