So a bit of a story here, my friend and I we discussing mixing drinks one day. Somehow, the subject of drinks inspired by Neptunia characters came up. (We were a bit drunk, and watching the anime) My friend, who's good a mixing drinks, suggested I take vodka, Blue Curacao, and Hawaiian Punch, and mix that. At first he suggested equal parts, but that was a bit too much, So on my own time I tweaked the amounts a bit.

The Recipe:
Ice (optional)
1 part vodka (any plain vodka, the smoother the better)
1 part Blue Curacao
2 parts Hawaiian Punch

Blue Curacao is pretty strong, and you can taste the vodka too.
