Summer Wars Director’s New Film #1
Full Article Here

He also directed for Wolf Children (so emotional) and his works have been award winning. His next film, planned for 2018 is apparently on the theme of “siblings”. It is not known yet exactly what this film entails but I’m excited to find out. I’ve liked all the works I’ve seen from this director so far.

Wolf Children - Really worth watching if you haven't seen it!

Anyone else a fan of these films?

This is my first time hearing about that anime show. It does not seem to be the type of anime I'd enjoy watching from the first view, but I might check it out anyway.

Which one? Summers Wars? Cos I had the exact same response. I put it off for ages, then stumbled across it by accident. It's surprisingly good! One of the more recommended but random ones. If you don't like it in 10-15 minutes of watching then you know it's not for you though xD

To be fair, it doesn't seem like my cup of tea, either. That being said, I enjoyed Summer Wars, so I might give it a watch.

That one is quite different from Summer Wars. It's themed on motherhood so it's more of an emotional show. Still worth a try, but I thought I'd warn you!

Give what a watch? Wolf Children or his new sibling themed film? I can't wait to find out more but I guess there's not much info out about it yet.
