These are the Necomimi brainwave cat ears. I saw these at a comic con convention in London many years ago and my teenage otaku self HAD to have some. I have owned a pair for a while and can say I had mixed views about them. And clearly, they're not something I'd wear in public. They're a good giggle (if you can get them to work). But you cat lover and otakus may find them as amusing as I did!
