You would be surprised, how much sex goes on at cons like these. Giving out free condoms is actually a good idea in this case.

Sorry. Let me rephrase. I did not know vices were something people who watch anime engage in. It just seems that people who watch anime are more sheltered from the outside world and would not really be into drugs and of the such.
