Otaku Contradicting in the upgrade page?

If you click upgrade and read the bottom of the page it says,

3. It may take up to 24 hours to complete your upgrade.
4. Do not contact us unless you have waited 24 hours.
5. You must PM the owner Dissociation after purchase.

If you read 4-5 It says do not contact unless you have waited 24 hours, But the next rule says to PM Dissociation after purchase. That is contradicting itself. It's not a big deal I just was curious if it was supposed to be like that?

Its not a contradiction whatsoever. What it's saying is that you should PM Dissociation after you purchase so he can validate it. Then it says after you send him that PM you should not message him about it again for 24 hours.

I'm sure that's what it means, Just the way its worded seems off to me. Then again I could be wrong.

when i seen that when i upgraded i thought that was stupid too. i believe he should word it differently.

You have to PM him after you purchase it, the other rule is saying that you shouldn't message him again unless 24 hours have passed.
