Made by the same creator of Blue Exorcist, this dude definitely loved a color+profession combo for his manga/anime titles. The synopsis is a bit similar to Blue Exorcist and even the writing of the characteristics of the main character. The typical dumb retarded kid who has powers exceeding everyone but is too bold and stupid to use it properly.
It came out as an anime this year and it's available on Crunchyroll
