What are your guys's opinions on hunting? When I say hunting, I mean big game such as elk, deer, bear, etc.

What are your opinions on trapping? Shooting?

Nothing wrong with it IMO. It's a bit of sport and generally the animals feel no pain.

I take it you have never gone hunting.. Most of the time, it does not instantly kill the animal. Some bleed to death. Especially when you use a bow and arrow. That also goes for trapping. Having a bear trap clamped on to you can not feel too good, neither would be strangled.

Definitely a corrupt topic. I believe all humans/animals and insects are just designed to know survival strategies such as hunting; it's only natural.


But if hunting is passed as a sport and good fun... why is it such a big deal if a bear hunts/kills a human?

I've been out hunting Kangaroos a few times, we've always just given it a clean shot with a .22
