What are your perceptions of modern feminism and their demands compared to what the original 'feminists' demanded, which is a term not used very often until 1960-1980s.

The idea of feminism today is completely idiotic. Women and all people are treated as equals in America.

I don't think that's true. I would say women are treated more equally, but not completely. That will change over time.

Many feminists today still do abide by the concept of equality, and not free passes and victim games. However, there is a large voice for the feminists who think they should get free advantages for past harms, which are causing most of the controversy.

I could argue I was a feminist, but I wouldn't say that's true. I would say I'm closer to being an egalitarian. Many people don't understand that, equal and fair chances do not mean you should be given something for free because you're not part of a majority. Parity is a word many don't have a concept of.

I feel like feminism is gradually losing its focus. If we truly believe in equality, then we should be vouching for also being drafted and for men to be taken seriously as victims of abuse, assault, domestic abuse, and so on. We should also strive to help females in less developed nations, but we're not.

There's a difference between equity and equality. 50 years ago people were more focused on actual equality. Now equality in the eyes of the law isn't enough.

I think the "radical" feminists discredit real feminists. Feminism in the media today is all about completely annihilating all gender barriers and just bunch everyone into one group.

I think you're right. I would also say the more radical/extreme versions of most political groupings are getting a lot more media attention at the expense of more sensible and majority views.

Both original and modern feminism are hateful ideologies and were always about creating special privileges for women and special punishments for men. It was never about equality. Everything you've been indoctrinated with since kindergarten is utterly false. Women have always been put on a pedestal and treated far more favorably than men who were always treated as the more disposable sex.

While you got the privilege to die on the Titanic in 1912 so a woman could get on the lifeboat, she gets the privilege of getting you locked up 50 years behind bars just by dreaming you raped her today, and you will not be allowed to prove your innocence, let alone be assumed innocent. A woman's word in 2019 is law. Forget about videotaping all your interactions with her, that's also no longer admissible as evidence as of 2015.

Feminism was never legitimate.
