If you looking for performance the OnePlus 3t is just as equivalent. However, the 5 shows a big difference in the camera. It's still a hit and miss camera but it has better hits.

After two days researching, like you said, only paid apps is possible to do that. OnePlus doesn't offer such an app. I got the messages transferring by following this guide:  https://www.androidphonesoft.com/resourc...s-one.html

As far as I know, it is only sold online, and yes it ships to all countries(I think, Canada and us for sure). Came to me in Canada in less than 24hrs
