Yes, I did draw this.. :3 However I did do so after the original Manga created by Kishimoto... :3

Wow cool, what did you use to vector and color it?

The line work was done by hand then scanned into my PC. ( This is how I learn math if you get my drift. ) Then it was lined over using Adobe Illustrator, and the coloring and effects ( shadows, shine, light etc ) was created using Adobe Photoshop's Pen Tool and layer styles.
