Well at elast the passengers of this car shouldn't be harmed, the windshield didn't broke.
Regarding the other's flying above they might just get some injury, they were actually sort of lucky to land on that position, if no other car crashed in them and everyone wore a seatbelt they should be just with some injuries.

In russian and korea everyone uses those cams to prevent insurance frauds and easily explain accidents etc.

Yeah I know they aren't but I'd use a GoPro insteal of installing a real dashcam.
Then I can just remove it when I want to record something else.
