When I Download A Torrent I Want To Be Sure To Not Get Caught. Is Ip Blocker A Good Program For That Or Download With A Proxy Sever. Help.

Get a proxy it will change your ip and country so you cant be traced

Yes proxy server is an option but i recommend you to take more better option VPN then proxy. Because a proxy server acts as an intermediary computer to fulfil the requests of clients on some other computer.
