Imagine being sent to a re-education camp for having your hair cut like a K-Pop star, or being executed for watching a South Korean drama.

Absolutely absurd.

I can't fathom why they'd enact such a ridiculous legislation. Focus on those who commit crimes, and not Individuals who have every right to act and behave well within reason.

I think the rule of thumb over their is that the leaders tell them how to act, what to think. If you ever get spare time, check out some of the ted talks from people who escaped NK. Here's some I've seen:
