Hmm . Just ask the hosting guys for a IP change And protect the server with CF . I am saying it because don't go for the revenge or a tit-for-tat . It would lead to more attacks on you Personally / Website .

Sir, just resolve his cloudfare if he has it and then boot the IP. Or you could get ahold of his personal skype then boot him til he gives you the sites DB
