You need wifi in order to send over the information you get, but ou can make it check if it's connected to the internet and if it's not then it asves until it's possible to connect...

Any premium rat (except imminent monitor) and for free I heard Cerberus was good but you'd be best off with prolly jrat or DarkComet

But jRat is paid, If you use the free one it is limited to 5 connections. I kinda liked it better than the others.

Yeah use WIFI and just make sure to use stable builds.
