Roger, in my own objective opinion, is one of the best mods I have ever seen on here. Roger maintains composure and is always reasonable. This choice shows a lot of maturity and that can be appreciated for many reasons. There is a lot of great administration on this website and Roger has certainly set a bar of expectation.

Gutted to see you step down as I have a lot of respect for you as a member and staff member. Glad you're still around as a member though! I could learn a lot from your behaviour and attitude and I aspire to be a bit more like you in my forum presence. I hope to see you around the forum more and welcome you back to the team when your life settles to a slower pace.
