Only the 1% of the dreams were about others dying. On the 99% i died. Also, people die in nightmares so I don't know.

What about the other things that happened? How are they explained?

Perhaps a fear of hurting your loved ones?

again that explains the fact that i had nightmares but doesnt explain anything else. Also, these weren't just nightmares. They were a sort of lucid nighmares

Refer to my post far above regarding psychosis. Stress can definitely cause that, and those nightmares sound pretty stressful.

That there's some evil entity causing nightmares and the light was from God

Once, i've been paralyzed and could not escape this normal dream. Then I bit myself and everything was alright Tongue
