What do you guys think of nicotine pouches? Should my friend still smoking cigs or convert?

Just remember that we only know that cigarettes are so detrimental to your health because we have been smoking cigarettes for more than hundreds of years and at some point doctors even recommended smoking means we have some of the best data on the consequences of smoking.

Nicotime pouches are still a fairly new thing meaning that while there may not be as many negative consequences, there's no telling that in time there may come up new research showing even worse consequences than smoking.

Me having done both i would say nicotine pouches are even more addictive and i have tried to quit both at some point with quitting cigarettes being much easier to quit.
