That's a little extreme for something supposedly almost 60% of young people are doing? Anal, I'd believe, but choking? Given the amount of stuff in media/TV shows/Movies about people dying from that... I just can't truly believe that many people would actually engage in that. I'm suspicious of the study and it's creditability.
You think young people would be more likely to do anal than choking? I'm sorry but what planet are you living on?
The one where I literally heard multiple people trying it out while I was at university. Those walls are way too damn thin, and the noise is unlike anything else, because of course, those girls are in pain the first time they do it. I will never be able to erase that from my brain.
Also, girls talk. A lot. In fact, they talk way too much about their sex lives, and I have yet to meet a girl who has admitted being into choking, and I've heard some weird stuff. Quite a few into scratching too.
A bunch of girls were into "trying" anal as they put it, mostly to please the guy as they think he'd like it.
I can only offer my perspective as a female. I could be completely wrong, but it would shock me if I was.

Sometimes I put my hands on my neck, it feels good for real
Um bless you, but that is really not what I meant xD I meant who the researchers got their data from. For example, did they go to a university and only speak to 200 students? Or did they get a more comprehensive sample? I'm mostly referring to sample bias and any potential weaknesses a study will have (as all do to some extent right?)
