My suggestion is short and will be kept that way;

How would it be with some more NewPoints rewards for posting, replying etc?

Not that I think it's needed, it just looks like crap on the [url0http://www.sinister.ly/newpoints.php]page for NewPoints[/url] when most of the values are zero.

Just a thought, but if we're going for more class, I honestly think this would look better.

That's true.

Though the ones with zero in reward could be removed if not changed (just to make it look more stylish/classy).

Reputation is given to members by other members to show that you've done something helpful, good or that you're just awesome (assuming the reputation is positive, which it by no means has to be).

You can give reputation by accessing the user's profile page (sinister.ly/user-"username"), scrolling down to "Reputation" and clicking "Rate".
You can as a registered member rate someone +1, neutral or -1.

Yes, it can have something to do with Hacking, but anything else you feel worth rep:ing aswell ^^
