Well, rate my sig on a scale from 1-10.

It took me an equivalent of about 30 minutes.

I am a noob in PS, and so this is my first attempt.

- Your text is unreadable
- That is not the right way to have strikethrough text
- Color choice could have been better.
- Effects?

to me it just looks like it says "strikethrough" and then he liquified/distorted it or something

Hmm. I know this is your first one, but I didn't like it. You could've used better colors, the current ones aren't really good. Purple/blue/red don't go well together. The text can't be read due to the wave effects. And the font effects aren't good at all. The sig would be ok if it had the right background and the proper text effects. The font isn't actually that bad.

One thing I have learnt while I have been in HC :- Professional looking pics are far superior to pics that has too much effect.For professional pics: better take a view of networkZombie's sig.(don't look at my sig.It's the complete opposite of clean and good sig )

So, your sig would have looked better if only you had used a proper gradient and didn't distort or whatever like that.Hope you understand
