By any chance did you get a new DDOS Filter? I ask for two reasons. One: The checking your browser screen looks WAY DIFFERENT. And second the CA utilized to sign your SSL Certificates changed from CloudFlare SNI / Comodo to RapidSSL/GeoTrust.

Not necessarily. With CloudFlare's paid plans you can use custom ssl certs and edit the cloudflare messages. I was asking a few things:
* Did they?
